Sanibel Condo - Unit 804

• Our condominium is a private residence and reflects our personal tastes.
• Three night minimum stay required.
• Rates are based on 4 persons. Extra guests are an additional $15.00 per night per person.
  Maximum occupancy 6 persons.
• A deposit of 400$ is required with each reservation.
• Registration fee of $35 on all bookings
• Deposit will be forfeited unless written notice, fax or E-mail of cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation notice: 45 days written notice is required prior to arrival date for a full refund less an administrative fee of $50.00
• Payment may be made by personal checks, money order, travelers check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
• 5% Discount for rentals of 4 weeks or more. (Excluding all other discounts.)
• 15% Discount for rentals of 8 weeks or more. (Excluding all other discounts.)
• On-site linen & towel exchange is available. Daily maid service is not provided. Coin operated laundry facilities are available on premises.
• Our unit is 804 with top floor Gulf view and unit 802 with second floor Gulf view
• No refund on early departure.
• Sorry no pets allowed!
• Check in time is 3pm or after, check out time is 10am
• Managers on site.
